Leasing Consultant

About the role

The Leasing Consultant at Mission Rock Residential is responsible for actively participating in the leasing and marketing of the community to maximize occupancy. Duties include providing onsite tours, processing resident communications, and standing to meet and greet clients, prospects, and residents.

Responsibilities

• Tour community, amenities, and vacant apartments with prospects and maintain up-to-date knowledge of apartment specifications, vacancies, notices, and rental rates.
• Courteously process resident communications including service requests, enter them into Yardi, and communicate the request to the Service Team.
• Stand to meet and greet clients, prospects, and residents in a friendly and welcoming manner, always adhering to Fair Housing regulations.

Requirements

• 1-2 years sales and customer service experience.
• Prior leasing experience, preferred.
• Experience with Yardi and CRM, preferred.
• Competence in personal computer skills, Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel, and Outlook).

Pay

The expected compensation range for this position is $18.00 – $20.00, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
