Leasing Consultant at Main Street Village

About the role

The Leasing Consultant position is based at Main Street Village, a 237-unit apartment complex located at 12650 SW Main Street, Tigard, OR 97223. The property is managed by Affinity Properties.

Responsibilities

• Advertise and promote the property
• Utilize industry specific software for lead management
• Provide tours to prospective and current residents
• Complete full cycle lease process with prospective residents
• Ensure compliance with renter’s insurance
• Maintain resident occupancy of 95%
• Timely collection of rent and other ancillary revenue
• Engage with prospective and current tenants using a professional and courteous approach
• Escalate tenant relation issues to Property Manager
• Facilitate resident events

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the United States
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of customer service and sales experience
• Reliable transportation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications including, Outlook, Word, and Excel

• Demonstrates teamwork, good hygiene, ethical behavior and integrity, excellent customer service and communication skills, ability to multi-task, resolve conflicts, and ambition for continuous professional development

Skills

• Knowledge of Fair Housing and Equal Housing Opportunities requirements
• Understanding of appropriate state landlord/tenant statutes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications

Competitive hourly pay range of $20.00-21.00
