Leasing Consultant at Village at Main Street (Part-Time)

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Fair Housing and Equal Housing Opportunities requirements
• Comply with applicable state landlord/tenant statutes
• Attend training and development seminars
• Advertise and promote the property
• Utilize industry-specific software for lead management
• Provide tours to prospective and current residents
• Complete full-cycle lease processes with prospective residents
• Maintain resident occupancy at 95%
• Timely collection of rent and other ancillary revenue
• Engage with prospective and current tenants professionally and courteously
• Escalate tenant relations issues to the Property Manager
• Facilitate resident events

Requirements

• Authorization to work in the United States
• A High School Diploma or equivalent
• One year of customer service and sales experience
• Reliable transportation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Teamwork, good hygiene, ethical behavior, integrity, excellent customer service, communication skills, ability to multi-task, conflict resolution, and continuous professional development

Qualifications

• Ability to carry or move objects weighing up to 20 pounds
• Approximately 80% in an office environment using a computer and phone
• Approximately 20% inspecting property grounds, including apartments, building structure, landscaping, and signage which may require climbing stairs, ladders, and maneuvering walkways

Pay

Competitive hourly pay range of $22.00-$22.00

Schedule

Thursday - Saturday from 9:00am - 6:00pm for 24 hours per week.
