About the role
Bluecore Residential, established in 2004, manages over 10,000 units with $2 billion in assets under management. We prioritize technology and transparency, empowering our teams to make informed decisions that benefit our properties.
Responsibilities
- Drive occupancy by meeting leasing goals and providing exceptional service
- Engage in healthy debate with leadership and share what is not working well weekly
- Treat each prospect and resident encounter with the highest level of professionalism and hospitality
- Generate leads by posting ads, checking the website for accuracy, and promoting the property on social media
- Update the pipeline with detailed notes and respond to all inquiries within 30 minutes
- Close deals during tours and always ask for the deposit
- Stay ahead of market trends and proactively retain residents through engagement and events
Requirements
- Leasing experience preferred
- Experience in customer service and sales
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Computer/technology skills, including Yardi software
- Reliable transportation for all job duties
