What You’ll Do
- Drive Occupancy & Revenue
- Proactively convert leads into signed leases through relationship-based, consultative sales.
- Follow up relentlessly and professionally — no lead left behind.
- Own your traffic, conversion ratios, and closing numbers.
- Create urgency and excitement during tours.
- Overcome objections confidently and ethically. Ask for the lease.
- Pipeline & Performance Management
- Respond immediately to online, phone, and walk-in leads.
- Track traffic, follow-up, and closing metrics in Yardi.
- Maintain strong renewal relationships to minimize vacancy loss.
- Market the Community
- Conduct outreach marketing to local businesses and referral sources.
- Support social media efforts to generate buzz and visibility.
- Stay informed on market comps and pricing strategies.
- Operational Excellence
- Prepare and maintain accurate lease files.
- Walk vacant units daily to ensure show-ready presentation.
- Afford administrative duties as needed.

Experience & Qualifications
- Prior multifamily leasing experience required.
- Strong closing and follow-up skills.
- Yardi Voyager experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to walk the property daily (including stairs) and lift up to 40 lbs.
