Leasing Consultant
Job Description
Maintain positive resident relations
Understand property management standards, including Fair Housing laws
Ensure the property is leased to maximum occupancy including follow up with prospective residents, lease signing, and assist with move-in/outs
Property Upkeep including light maintenance
Office administration duties as necessary, including but not limited to rent collection and community policy enforcement
Requirements
A high school diploma or equivalent
Time Management skills
Ability to work independently and in a team setting
Energetic, dependable self-starter
Well-Organized
Strong leasing skills/sales experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Working Conditions
Hourly
Part Time
Currently 100% onsite (not remote)
