About the role

Vivmark Residential is searching for a dedicated and highly organized Leasing Consultant to take on the daily operations of the leasing team at one of our apartment communities and ensure our residents experience luxury living. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the driving force in helping residents find the best place to call home. Your creative and thoughtful tours will be customized to individual tastes, from recommending the perfect floorplan to outlining the best new neighborhood restaurants. Saturday availability is required, as weekends are the most high-traffic time for prospective residents.

Responsibilities

• Deliver incredible customer service, creating a sense of community and going the extra mile to provide a spectacular experience for new residents.
• Drive leasing performance through personalized connections, recommendations, and excitement-building campaigns, continuous outreach, and social media engagement.
• Follow through on leads by understanding prospective residents' priorities and providing tailored updates, such as ideal floorplans, neighborhood hot-spots, and local events.
• Collaborate with colleagues to foster a genuine desire to improve the living experience for residents.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• 1-2 years of experience in a leasing or customer service role, preferably in the real estate or property management industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Pay

Total base pay range: $42,500.00 - $60,000.00.

Schedule

Full-time, 40 hours per week (Saturday availability required).
