Bozzuto, a company dedicated to creating exceptional experiences, is seeking a Leasing Consultant (Sales & Marketing Associate) to join its dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a customer-focused mentality, excellent communication skills, proficiency in social media, and sales aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Convert leads into community tours by following up with all prospects and providing helpful and compelling information about the community and neighborhood
• Conduct informative and personalized tours of the apartment community that result in new leases
• Build brand loyalty by ensuring that the resident experience is consistently stellar
• Generate awareness, interest, and excitement via social media
• Work weekends when prospective residents are out looking for their new home—three weekends per month with two days off during the week

Requirements

• A customer-focused mentality
• Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
• Proficient in leveraging social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, and a passion to create and deliver engaging and distinctive content
• A sharp professional appearance
• Sales aptitude
• Creditable with various software, apps, and computer programs

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in sales or customer service preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
