Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a positive and professional environment in the leasing office and other areas.
• Stay informed about local market conditions and trends to provide relevant insights to the Property Manager.
• Contribute to marketing strategies and improve resident satisfaction through your ideas.
• Communicate effectively with both prospective and current residents and your team members.
• Show exceptional administrative skills with a focus on detail.
• Bring at least two years of transferable experience in customer service.
• Adapt to new technologies and demonstrate proficiency in writing, speaking, and understanding the English language.
• Be energetic and engaging, embodying the company's culture of entrepreneurship and expertise.

• A minimum closing ratio of 20%.
• Proficiency in English.
