Leasing and Marketing Specialist

About the role

Location: Metro Detroit, Michigan Area. Schedule: Monday – Friday (Some Saturdays may be required). Compensation: $60,000 per year with up to $3,000 annual bonus potential.

Responsibilities

• Use marketing savvy and sales expertise to drive occupancy and create buzz for communities.
• Bring a positive, high-energy attitude to leasing offices, making a fantastic first impression with prospective residents.
• Positively motivate on-site teams and help maintain a professional, welcoming atmosphere.
• Travel within the local region to support and elevate properties.
• Update website information and specials.
• Assist with leasing apartments and maintaining occupancy goals.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in apartment leasing sales and/or property management.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing.
• Expert knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram and Canva.
• Rent Café and Yardi knowledge strongly preferred.
• Exceptional communication, top-notch organizational and time management skills, and professional appearance.
• Positive attitude, ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced environment, natural ability to motivate others.
• Ability to pass a soft credit review.
