Leasing and Marketing Specialist

About the role

Develop and drive marketing results that make properties succeed while mentoring leasing teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update property marketing plans
• Create and maintain leasing and marketing collateral
• Analyze market surveys to recommend rate and specials adjustments
• Stay current on regional and industry marketing trends
• Coach underperforming properties through call monitoring and feedback
• Train and mentor on-site leasing staff
• Manage digital marketing campaigns, listings, and online reputation
• Audit on-site marketing, leasing activity, and lease files
• Deliver regular performance reporting across properties and staff
• Track and analyze website traffic and marketing performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or equivalent
• 1+ years experience in apartment leasing and/or property management
• 3+ years experience in marketing, preferably in multifamily housing industry
• Yardi and CRMiQ experience preferred
• Proficiency with Craigslist, Facebook, and other social media platforms
• Training experience a plus
• Travel within the region required
• Good computer skills with the ability to navigate various software programs
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Driver's license and required transportation

Schedule

Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Pay

$55,000-$60,000 annually plus quarterly bonus up to $4,800 annually.
