Leasing and Marketing Specialist

About the role

Monarch is seeking a high‑energy, creative Leasing and Marketing Specialist for the Omaha, Nebraska area. The position is full‑time, permanent, on‑site.

Responsibilities

• Drive occupancy and create buzz for communities using marketing savvy and multifamily expertise.
• Make a fantastic first impression with prospective residents in leasing offices.
• Positively motivate on‑site teams and help maintain a professional, welcoming atmosphere.
• Travel within the Omaha region to support and elevate properties.
• Update website information and specials.
• Assist with leasing apartments and maintaining occupancy goals.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in apartment leasing sales and/or property management.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing.
• Expert knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Canva).
• Rent Café and Yardi knowledge strongly preferred.
• Exceptional communication, top‑notch organizational and time‑management skills.
• Professional appearance.
• Positive attitude, ability to adapt quickly to a fast‑paced environment, natural ability to motivate others.
• Ability to pass a soft credit review.
• Must clear pre‑employment screenings (criminal background check and drug screening).

Pay

$50,000 to $60,000 annual salary depending on experience.

Schedule

On‑site schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Central.
