Location: Bel Air, MD. Type: Full-time | Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, with rotating Saturdays and a weekday off when working a Saturday. Minimum Experience: Two years apartment Leasing experience required. High School Diploma or GED required. What You’ll Do As the Leasing and Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the property’s leasing and marketing efforts while helping create a welcoming experience for prospective and current residents. Here’s how you’ll make an impact: Serve as the lead leasing and sales professional for the communityOversee leasing and marketing efforts and help the team achieve weekly and monthly goalsRespond to leads, qualify prospects, conduct tours, and guide applicants through the leasing processPrepare lease documentation and support move-in and renewal proceduresDevelop and manage on-site, digital, social media, and outreach marketing effortsPlan open houses, resident events, promotions, and community partnershipsBuild relationships with local businesses and organizations to generate leasing activityMonitor market conditions, shop competitors, and assist with market analysisMaintain accurate leasing traffic, follow-up, and resident recordsProvide outstanding customer service to prospective and current residentsSupport resident retention activities and professional resident communicationInspect apartments to ensure they meet company standards before move-inTrain, motivate, and support the on-site teamAssist with property operations and step in for the Community Manager when needed #INDSJ
