About the role

At Prometheus, our Leasing & Experience Managers do more than traditional "Assistant Property Managers" or "Assistant Business Managers." Your role blends:

• Neighbor Relations: Build relationships, plan events, and deliver five-star customer service. Address Neighbor concerns professionally to ensure the Ultimate Neighbor Experience.
• Leasing Activities: Assist with closing leases, create strategic sales and marketing programs, and develop deep knowledge of market conditions.
• Daily Operations: Proactively manage Neighbor profiles, assist with pricing, concessions, occupancy reporting, and collections.
• Supervisory Responsibilities: Supervise the leasing team, provide training and development, and set and celebrate team milestones.

Schedule

Our Neighborhoods are busiest on weekends, so your schedule will include regular weekend shifts with days off between Monday and Friday. We encourage you to take vacation time, including weekends, and offer great perks like a paid birthday day off.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience in a leasing position.
• Passion for customer service, sales, and marketing.
• High school diploma or GED (required); Bachelor’s degree (preferred).

Pay

Compensation includes:

• Hourly pay range: $33.75 to $37.00 (based on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
• $200 incentive per lease.
• Discretionary semi-annual bonus plan.
• Weekend shift premium pay.
• Additional bonuses and incentives: Referral Bonus, Training Coach Bonus, Renovation Bonus, Lease-Up Bonus, and Leasing & Occupancy Contests.
