About the role
The Leasing Agent role is dedicated to finding prospects and helping them choose to lease. This includes nurturing prospects through the entire leasing process: from initial phone call to property tour, to completing the lease/application paperwork.
Responsibilities
- Nurturing prospects through the entire leasing process
- Understanding each prospect’s needs by frequently following up via phone, text, email, and social media
- Engaging with prospects to help them make informed decisions about leasing
- Presenting apartments and answering questions about the community
Requirements
- Cheerful, Positive Attitude
- Must have valid driver's license
- Weekends required
- Vehicle required
- Personal Smart Phone technology required
- OneSite experience a plus
Qualifications
- Previous experience is not required
- Motivated individual who enjoys talking with people
- Friendly and cheerful personality
- Loves making a difference in people’s lives
Skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient in using OneSite (or similar property management software)

*$18-22 Final agreed-upon compensation is based upon individual qualifications and experience.
