Responsibilities
- Nurture Leads – Reach out to leads to arrange showings and follow up after the showings.
- Conduct Showings – Tour leads through properties and help them visualize renting from us.
- Get Applications & Get Leases – Ensure leads submit applications and assist them through the process to a signed lease agreement.
- Solicit Feedback and Make Recommendations – Gather and share applicant feedback to influence rent prices.
- Service with A Smile – Provide excellent customer service during interactions, answering questions and educating potential residents.
Requirements
- A working knowledge of various computer software.
- Prior experience using and updating a CRM.
- Experience in a customer-facing sales or customer service role.
- A valid driver’s license.
- An NH Real Estate license.
