Leasing Agent

Responsibilities

• Nurture Leads – Reach out to leads to arrange showings and follow up after the showings.
• Conduct Showings – Tour leads through properties and help them visualize renting from us.
• Get Applications & Get Leases – Ensure leads submit applications and assist them through the process to a signed lease agreement.
• Solicit Feedback and Make Recommendations – Gather and share applicant feedback to influence rent prices.
• Service with A Smile – Provide excellent customer service during interactions, answering questions and educating potential residents.

Requirements

• A working knowledge of various computer software.
• Prior experience using and updating a CRM.
• Experience in a customer-facing sales or customer service role.
• A valid driver’s license.
• An NH Real Estate license.

Compensation is a commission-based position with properties to lease and commissions to earn right away.
