Leasing Agent
Responsibilities
- Nurture Leads – Reach out to leads to arrange showings and follow up after the showings.
- Conduct Showings – Tour leads through the properties we rent and help them see themselves living there.
- Get Applications & Get Leases – Ensure the lead submits an application and keep them informed throughout the process.
- Solicit Feedback and Make Recommendations – Gather feedback on rent pricing, features, and amenities and share insights with property owners.
- Service with A Smile – Answer questions, put leads at ease, and make their first impressions a positive one.
Requirements
- A working knowledge of various computer softwares.
- Prior experience actively using and updating a CRM.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing sales or customer service role.
- A valid driver’s license.
- An NH Real Estate license.

Skills
Familiarity and prior experience with property management and leasing are a plus!

The compensation for the Leasing Agent position is a commission-based position with properties to lease and commissions to earn right away.
