Responsibilities
- Interact with prospective residents, providing them with detailed information about available units, amenities, and leasing terms.
- Congduct property tours, showcasing apartment units and amenities, and address any inquiries potential residents may have.
- Assist applicants through the leasing process, explaining lease terms, conditions, and rental agreements.
- Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, applications, and resident interactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service to existing and prospective residents, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive living experience.

Requirements
- Previous experience in leasing or real estate is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Knowledge of local rental market trends and regulations is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and property management software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in real estate or property management are advantageous.
