About the role
Join a growing property management company as a full-time Leasing Agent in State College.
Responsibilities
- Provide tours of rental properties to prospective tenants
- Follow up via phone and email with prospects
- Assist in leasing events and daily customer service for residents
- Handle work order requests and communications
- Perform property inspections and data entry
- Answer phones and support leasing activities
Qualifications and Skills
- Customer service and sales skills
- Valid PA driver’s license and reliable, insured vehicle
- Prior experience in multi-family housing is a plus but not required
- PA Real Estate License is preferred but not mandatory; assistance provided for licensing
- School diploma or GED
Pay
Competitive hourly rate of $18–$22
