About the Role
Property Management, Inc. (PMI) has a rare opportunity for a motivated individual looking to join a growing company as an employee owner. PMI manages over $4 billion of real estate assets and has over 30,000 customers and 360 clients. We are currently searching for a full-time Leasing Agent to join our team in State College. This position will be the heartbeat of our communities in State College. Responsibilities
- Provide tours of rental properties to prospects
- Follow up by telephone and email to prospects
- Assist in Leasing Events
- Daily customer service with our residents - work order requests, communications, etc.
- Various data entry
- Answer Phones
- Property Inspections
Requirements
- Prior experience in the multi-family housing industry is a plus but not required
- PA Real Estate License is a plus but not required (if you don't have one, PMI will pay for you to get one)
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Valid PA Drivers License and reliable, insured transportation
- High School Diploma/GED
Pay & Schedule
- $18–$22 per hour
- Monday through Thursday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; Friday, 8:00 am – 2:30 pm
