Lease-Up Community Manager

About the role

ECI Group is currently hiring an experienced Property Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of their assigned property.

Responsibilities

• Provide management and leadership to all property staff including hiring, training, performance management and employee development.
• Oversee leasing activity, renewals, collections, financial reporting, supplies, and communications of the apartment community.
• Create a positive and lasting influence on visitors, residents, and staff, understanding the importance of every interaction.
• Enjoy being hands-on, helping customers and motivating team members.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the multi-family industry, prior experience as a Property Manager is preferred.
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and YARDI or similar industry standard programs.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills including the ability to establish relationships with colleagues, supervisors, guests, vendors, contractors, and the public.
• Able to accurately perform intermediate mathematical functions.
