Lease Processor - Call Center Agent

Location: Draper, Utah • In-office • Class Start Date: 9/14/26

Pay

• Compensation starts at $17 per hour, beginning on your first day of employment
• Shift differential: extra $1 per hour after 5 PM
• Sunday extra: $2 per hour
• Weekly paycheck (paid every Friday)
• Retention bonus up to $1,000

Schedule

• Department hours: Monday – Friday 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM, Saturday 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM, Sunday 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Multiple shifts available
• Full-time employment with a consistent schedule

About the role

Call Center Representatives (Lease Processing Agents) provide outstanding customer service to our Merchants and Customers through phone, email, and chat. Agents review and verify applications and other documents, and support customers and retailers during the lease funding process.

Responsibilities

• Review applications to confirm customer information
• Verify submitted documents
• Provide retailer and customer support via phone, email, and chat (80% of support is phone-based)
• Verify customer’s bank and employment information
• Work one-on-one with a coach for career development

Requirements

• 1 year of call center or office experience preferred
• Fluent in English; bilingual candidates (English & Spanish) encouraged to apply
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Active listening and ability to apply what is learned
• Excellent phone etiquette and demonstrated customer service skills
• Self-motivated with computer and technical skills
• Basic math skills
• Team cooperation and coordination to reach department goals
