As a Leasing Agent, you'll be at the forefront of our operations, conducting in-person property showings and assisting with the leasing process. Leasing Agents are an essential part of our dynamic team, primarily responsible for the leasing of our diverse portfolio of properties. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a deep understanding of the local rental market. This role requires you to be a proficient multitasker, organized, and possess excellent interpersonal skills. Responsibilities Conduct in-person tours of available properties to potential tenantsCommunicate effectively with prospective tenants, addressing inquiries and concerns promptlyFollow up on leads for potential tenantsCollaborate with the property management team to address maintenance issuesAssist in evaluating the market price for properties that need to be leasedMeet and exceed rental targets and other key performance indicatorsMaintain a positive atmosphere in the office and represent the company professionallyManage and coordinate leasing of properties in coordination with different departments in the companyContribute to team efforts by accomplishing related tasks as needed Qualifications A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle Exceptional sales skillsStrong interpersonal skills, professional demeanor, and outgoing personalityOrganizational and time management abilitiesMust have customer service skills, verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work well in a teamReal Estate experience is not requiredMust have an iPhone 12 or newer
