About the Role

This position is responsible for all aspects of Operations and Funding, including reviewing closing documents, booking loans, uploading documents, managing collateral, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Verify all closing documents are signed, accurate, and complete
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of the booking process
  • Maintain Know Your Customer (KYC) and CIP compliance requirements
  • Facilitate communication of missing documentation and document corrections
  • Upload closing documents, including trailing documentation, to the lease origination and imaging system
  • Accurately fund leases, initiate wires, ACH, and journal entries to the bank’s accounting system
  • Perform post-close lease corrections in the lease system
  • Post initial payments to customer accounts post-booking
  • Oversight of the insurance monitoring process
  • UCC financing statement filing and continuation process for both state and county recordings
  • Maintain and ensure accuracy of titled assets of lease-financed equipment, including submitting titling packages to DMVs
  • Follow-up with vendors and titling agencies regarding lien statuses
  • Release the company as lienholder once contracts are paid in full
  • Understand and utilize the company’s customer portal, including setting up customer access and resolving access issues
  • Provide backup support to the Lease Customer Service Administrator
  • Respond quickly, professionally, and accurately to customer inquiries, including assisting with phone calls, emails, and customer portal questions
  • Understand and apply the bank’s policies, procedures, products, and services
  • Provide extraordinary customer service to internal and external customers
  • Perform special projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Prior equipment lease financing or financial service industry experience desired
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, task-oriented environment
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient use of technology
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent phone manners and customer service skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Able to take initiative to obtain productive results
  • Team player
