Lease Asset Specialist
Primary Responsibilities
- Support the established US Non-Standard Lease process, evaluate request details, product specifications, contract terms, residual terms, early termination clauses and buyout options
- Collaborate internally to develop strategic leasing solutions to win business.
- Process improvement support, identifying opportunities and enhancements
- Oversee training material development; support internal training and communication to the retail network.
- Prepare reporting related to Non-Standard Lease won/loss tracking, approvals and other key metrics as defined.
Qualifications
- Five to seven years related experience
- Two-year business-related college degree preferred.
- Knowledge of company product line, customer applications and accounting procedures is preferred
- Strong computer skills required, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills required.
