Lease Asset Specialist

Primary Responsibilities

• Support the established US Non-Standard Lease process, evaluate request details, product specifications, contract terms, residual terms, early termination clauses and buyout options
• Collaborate internally to develop strategic leasing solutions to win business.
• Process improvement support, identifying opportunities and enhancements
• Oversee training material development; support internal training and communication to the retail network.
• Prepare reporting related to Non-Standard Lease won/loss tracking, approvals and other key metrics as defined.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years related experience
• Two-year business-related college degree preferred.
• Knowledge of company product line, customer applications and accounting procedures is preferred
• Strong computer skills required, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills required.
