Learning Trainer, IGA3-RDC

About the role

The Amazon operations team is seeking Learning Trainers to support operations leaders and associates in fulfilling centers. Roles may involve picking, packing, receiving, storing, ensuring inventory accuracy, and operating equipment.

Responsibilities

• Communicate instructions to associates and motivate them
• Maintain work areas safely
• May lead teams and perform production duties as needed

Requirements

• Aged 18 or older and authorized to work in the US
• Able to work 40 hours/week and overtime
• Able to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours, and push/pull/squat/reach frequently

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of Microsoft Office experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Flexible schedule/shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays
• Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk for up to 12 hours, and push/pull/squat/reach frequently
• Work 40 hours/week and overtime as required

Preferred Qualifications

• 2 years of Microsoft Office experience
