About the role
The Amazon Operations Team is seeking Learning Trainers to support operations leaders and associates in fulfilling centers. Roles may include production duties such as picking, packing, receiving, storing, ensuring inventory accuracy, and unloading/loading trucks.
Responsibilities
- Lead training sessions and provide guidance to associates
- Communicate instructions to associates and motivate them
- Maintain a safe work environment
- Support production tasks as needed
Requirements
- At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the US
- Able to work 40 hours/week and overtime as required
- Able to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours, and push, pull, squat, bend, and reach frequently
- Flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and holidays
Qualifications
- Basic Qualifications: 1+ years of Microsoft Office experience, high school diploma or equivalent, able to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk for up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach
- Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of Microsoft Office experience

Pay
The starting pay for this position is listed below including the base pay rate plus the highest available shift differential which applies depending on the shift selected. As a total compensation company, you are eligible for additional earnings including overtime pay and performance bonuses. Final pay will be based on factors including shift selection and location.
