Job Description

  • Design and ship the foundational onboarding journey to reduce time-to-mastery for complex mortgage servicing domains from six months to three.
  • Partner with domain experts to extract knowledge and build verifiable practice loops and certification pathways for deployment and technical roles.
  • Arcitect an "eternal coach" vision using LLMs and agents to provide always-on, cross-functional learning and reinforcement for every employee.

Why this role is remarkable

  • Own the end-to-end vision for an AI-native learning layer at a $1.1B unicorn, moving beyond traditional L&D into pure systems building and automation.
  • Work directly on a critical scaling bottleneck for a company servicing $110B+ in mortgages, backed by elite investors like Andreessen Horowitz and WestCap.
  • Prototype and ship cutting-edge AI tools, including "manager coach" bots and automated practice loops, to create a high-velocity, high-agency workforce.

The ideal candidate

  • A systems-oriented builder who views AI as the primary delivery surface for learning rather than just an add-on or a buzzword.
  • Proven ability to translate dense, regulated context into repeatable pathways and measurement-driven programs in high-growth environments like fintech or edtech.
  • High-agency operator with a "build, not buy" mindset, comfortable prototyping with automation tools and iterating based on time-to-ramp KPIs.
