Job Description

  • Oversee and manage the successful rollout of Valon’s platform across the most complex business areas of enterprise clients, ensuring adoption and long-term value.
  • Translate ground-level operational challenges into actionable feedback for internal product and engineering teams to help shape the evolution of the platform.
  • Develop deep relationships with senior client leaders to develop operational and technology solutions that maximize the value of Valon's platform.

About the Role

The Deployment Strategist role is a high-impact position that blends strategy, business operations, and technical problem-solving to transform how regulated finance functions. This role is part of a Series C fintech company backed by a16z that has already achieved 60%+ operating margins by rebuilding the mortgage servicing stack from the ground up.

Responsibilities

As a Deployment Strategist, you will lead the rollout of Valon’s AI platform to the nation’s largest mortgage servicers. You will bridge the gap between cutting-edge technology and complex legacy operations, owning end-to-end implementation outcomes.

Requirements

Proven operator from finance, consulting, or startup environments with a strong STEM background and experience owning execution and outcomes.
