Learning Support Assistant
About the role
This role is offered on an hourly paid basis. To support learners with learning difficulties and/or disabilities (including emotional and/or behavioral difficulties) within the Campuses and to differentiate and facilitate learning according to the learner needs.

- Support learners with learning difficulties and/or disabilities (including emotional and/or behavioral difficulties)
- Work with small groups, 1:1 and as floating support

About You
- Reliable and motivated individual who takes pride in delivering excellent service
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency
- Clear and professional communication skills
- Confidence working with systems and processes, and good tracking and IT skills
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt
- Experience of working with learners with learning/behavioral difficulties and disabilities aged 14 and up
