Learning Support Assistant
About the role
This role is offered on an hourly paid basis. To support learners with learning difficulties and/or disabilities (including emotional and/or behavioral difficulties) within the Campuses and to differentiate and facilitate learning according to the learner needs. You will be working with small groups, 1:1 and as floating support.

About You
- A reliable and motivated individual who takes pride in delivering excellent service.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
- Clear and professional communication skills.
- Confidence working with systems and processes, and good tracking and IT skills.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Experience of working with learners with learning/behavioral difficulties and disabilities aged 14 and up.
