Responsibilities

  • Support the Inclusion Department by leading small groups and supporting individual students at both Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
  • Join a committed team to further improve learning, teaching, and student outcomes.
  • Flexible enough to meet the changing demands of a busy school day and able to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, a good attention to detail, and an enthusiastic approach to work.

Pay

Band D of the Support Staff Spine (£25,583 - £25,989 FTE, Actual Salary £22,237 - £22,590)

Schedule

Full Time, Term Time Only (37hpw, 8 – 4 Monday – Thursday and 8 – 3.30 Friday) + 2 INSET Days
