What Your Day Would Be Like

  • Coordinate and support learning programs that help employees build skills and advance their professional development.
  • Manage training registrations, scheduling, communications, and logistics to create a seamless learner experience.
  • Provide day-to-day support for learning technology systems and help employees and stakeholders navigate learning resources.
  • Track and manage training compliance requirements to support organizational goals and regulatory needs.
  • Evaluate learning program feedback and reporting to help improve learning effectiveness and participant engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to deliver learning solutions that align with business priorities and workforce needs.

Who We’re Looking For

  • Experience supporting learning management systems or other learning technology platforms.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or other job-related field from an accredited college or university PLUS two (2) years relevant Human Resource experience or other professional experience in learning and development or training.
  • In lieu of bachelor's degree, combination of college coursework and/or professional-level HR or training support experience equaling a minimum of six (6) years is required.

  • Excellent client management, consulting and business literacy skills.
  • Ability to develop strong trusting relationships in order to gain support and achieve results.
  • Experience providing direct support to leaders, peers and employees.
  • Project management, communication, analytical, and business writing skills.
  • Communications, Marketing, and/or Social Media marketing experience desired.

Major Accountabilities

  • Manage learning request intakes from the business and conduct discovery meetings with requestors to identify and clarify learning scope, target audiences, and proposed schedules and cost estimates to facilitate the learning analysis process for Learning Architects.
  • Provide end-to-end logistical support for learning solutions activities and events (in person and virtual) to include coordination of schedules, classroom setups, and preparation of class and event engagement activities such as surveys and polls.

  • Coordinate with instructors to identify and acquire all necessary class materials, ancillary equipment and other resources.
  • Manage the learning evaluation dashboards, data tracking and reporting mechanisms.
  • Synchronize reporting data to create quarterly visual narratives of learning evaluation metrics.
  • Partner with internal and external facilitators during live and remotely delivered classes to ensure that learners have the most impactful experience by assisting in the facilitation of class exercises and other activities that contribute to the enhancement of participant interaction, creating and delivering pre and post learning communication materials and troubleshooting access and other technical issues to ensure the experience is seamless and convenient to participants.
  • Maintain regular updates of program compliance by reviewing and managing content to ensure that solutions are in adherence with current regulations and policies.
  • Partner with learning and development leader in the monthly reconciliation of department budget and vendor engagements.
  • Perform support functions to ensure the regular review and management of the Learning & Development inbox, logistics requests and needs, scheduling calendars and communications with business partners and customers.
