Essential Functions
- Ensures safety of self and others by following all Safety Policies/Procedures and wearing all required Personal Equipment (PED).
- Organizes, conducts, and develops training programs to advance team member and leader skills, knowledge, and expand capabilities.
- Develops and maintains Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to training development.
- Works with sister facilities and government entities to establish training curriculum.
- Conducts customer reviews to identify training and development needs.
- Oversees and supports the FAME program for the company, including advancing FAME within the community.
- Oversees the LAUNCH program, establishing its growth, tracking trainees, evaluating attendees, and providing ongoing support/feedback to graduates.
- Works with technical departments to implement and maintain compliance and best practices.
- Schedule, track, and document training.
- Prepare reports on training results and effectiveness.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities.
- Partner with team members and management to communicate various human resource policies, procedures, laws, and standards.
- Work with Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) to implement and maintain safety compliance and best practices.
Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience in training and development.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and public speaking.
- Proven problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Strong Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) skills.
- Prior manufacturing leadership experience preferred.
- Manufacturing experience in a training role is desired.
