Learning Program Design Consultant
Description
Role Summary
Designs and delivers structured learning programs that support employee development, career growth, and business goals. Works with SMEs and stakeholders to identify learning needs, build clear learning paths, and ensure programs lead to measurable skill and performance improvement. Uses AI prompting to improve the speed and quality of learning design outputs.
Key Responsibilities
- Define success measures and evaluate results
- Communicate plans and outcomes clearly to stakeholders
- Manage projects (timelines, deliverables, quality)
- Organize and maintain learning materials
- Support adoption of new skills and ways of working
- Maintain clear documentation
- Use AI to support learning design (e.g., outlines, drafts, learning paths)
AI Prompting (Must Have)
- Apply judgment to ensure AI outputs are accurate, usable, and effective (clear audience, objectives, format, constraints)
- Refine prompts based on output quality and feedback

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
