About the Opportunity

The Learning & Onboarding Specialist is responsible for managing and enhancing the onboarding and learning experience within the organization. This role ensures employees receive a consistent and effective introduction to the company while supporting their continued professional development. By collaborating with HR partners, business leaders, and subject matter experts, the specialist fosters connection to the company culture and alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the enterprise onboarding experience, including preboarding and onboarding processes.
  • Liaise between Talent Acquisition, HR, hiring managers, and new hires throughout onboarding.
  • Maintain and improve onboarding standards, processes, resources, tools, and communications.
  • Ensure onboarding content aligns with current organizational priorities.
  • Monitor onboarding effectiveness using feedback and participation data.
  • Implement improvements to enhance new hire experience and speed to productivity.
  • Lead onboarding initiatives that balance consistency and division-specific needs.
  • Oversee START Class programming, logistics, scheduling, and communications.
  • Partner with presenters and leaders to deliver engaging onboarding sessions.
  • Administer learning technologies such as Docebo for onboarding, compliance, and development.
  • Cook up training, compliance programs, and enterprise learning initiatives.
  • Manage learning schedules, enrollment, communications, and completion tracking.
  • Analyze learning data and prepare reports to inform improvements.
  • Support manager and employee development programs.
  • Develop and update onboarding and learning curriculum with subject matter experts.
  • Embed company values and culture throughout onboarding.
  • Facilitate onboarding and culture sessions to enhance employee experience.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in onboarding, learning and development, talent management, HR, or related fields.
  • Experience managing employee programs or learning initiatives.
  • Experience designing or improving onboarding and learning curriculum.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Experience collaborating across business units and functions.
  • PREFERRED: Experience in professional services, consulting, agency, or healthcare communications.
  • Skills in onboarding and learning program administration.
  • Proficiency with learning management systems (Docebo preferred).
  • Strong facilitation, presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to track, report, and analyze data.
  • Attention to detail and strong organization.

Pay Range and Compensation Package

The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
