Learning Experience/Instructional Designer
About the role
Hiring for a Learning & Instructional Designer for a large tech client. Can sit in Seattle, WA or NYC.
Responsibilities
- Develop scalable e-learning and certification content for the Ads platform.
- Create and structure course content, transforming it into visual learning experiences.
- Build learning modules using content publishing and authoring platforms.
- Utilize Articulate 360 tools, particularly Rise and Storyline, for content development.
- Manage and publish learning content through Intellum, the organization's learning experience platform (LXP).
Skills
- Knowledge of adult learning theory
- Storyboarding experience
- Experience supporting certification programs for advertising platforms
- Ability to create high-quality source content that can be dynamically personalized
- Experience with Articulate 360 tools (Rise, Storyline)
- Experience with Intellum
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Learning Experience Designer
- Bachelor’s degree in language, communication, or arts

This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, WA.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $53.00 - $55.00/hr.
