About the role

The Role As a member of the Enterprise Learning Experience team (ELX), you will be at the center of Fidelity's initiatives to deliver modern learning experiences across the enterprise. Your insight and ability to develop high-quality learning solutions will be crucial to building effective learning experiences at Fidelity. You will ideate, develop and refine new learning solutions and processes while contributing to complex learning projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • At least 1-3 years of relevant work experience in Learning Experience Design

Qualifications

  • Strong visual design skills
  • Web-development literacy required (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Experience building rich, evidence-based learning experiences across a variety of settings
  • In-depth knowledge and skills in learning design and adult learning theory
  • Ability to design and build learning experiences using modern graphic design, video and authoring tools such as the Adobe Creative Cloud
  • Strong communication skills and demonstrated excellence in project management
  • Ability to design and develop large-scale projects with tight time constraints

Skills

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $66,000-125,000 USD per year. Placement in the range will vary based on job responsibilities and scope, geographic location, candidate’s relevant experience, and other factors. Base salary is only part of the total compensation package. Depending on the position and eligibility requirements, the offer package may also include bonus or other variable compensation.

Schedule

Fidelity’s Onsite Working Model Fidelity is transitioning to a full-time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
