Learning Experience & Curriculum Design Assistant
Job Summary
As part of the Learning and Development Team, the Learning Experience & Curriculum Design Assistant will collaborate with subject matter experts to support innovative learning content, including e-learning modules, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, videos, and blended learning experiences. Will identify and support Learning and Development content experts in the usage of engaging digital, virtual, instructor-led, and blended learning solutions leveraging learning technologies and enterprise systems. Additional duties include researching and suggesting implementation of innovative learning approaches that address varying learner characteristics and demographics, applying principles of adult learning, instructional design, accessibility, and inclusion to ensure learning solutions meet the needs of diverse audiences, monitoring participation, gathering learner feedback, assessing outcomes, and analyzing performance data to continuously support improvements of learning programs and measure impact.
Minimum Qualifications
- Associates degree and three years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- Strong collaboration, project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Understanding of the learning & development field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in emerging Learning & Development Technology, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
- Expertise in curriculum design, adult learning principles, and learning technologies.
- Experience developing digital learning content and managing blended learning programs.
- Knowledge of learning analytics, AI-enabled learning solutions, and performance measurement.
