About the role
The Learning Experience Designer is responsible for creating engaging and effective learning experiences that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop training materials and programs
- Evaluate and improve existing training programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Conduct needs assessments and gather feedback from employees
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning design
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training and Development, Human Resources, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in instructional design or related field
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and theories
- Proficiency in learning management systems and e-learning tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Experience with project management methodologies
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and compliance requirements
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay
Salary range: $50,000 - $70,000 annually
Schedule
Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
