Learning & Development Specialist

Duties & Responsibilities

• Cooking training sessions primarily focused on Front Office positions (i.e. Financial Service Representative, Greeter, Member Experience, Electronic Services).
• Mentor new FSR's at various branch locations.
• Conduct Sales and Service training companywide.
• Designs, updates and coordinates written training and online materials, including but not limited to: Annual Compliance, Robbery, Harassment, and Product Knowledge testing to all staff and update training records accordingly.
• Develops criteria, measures and tracks training effectiveness, including written examinations and simulated activities.
• Tracks employee progress.
• Compiles training materials; review information to revise training materials such as manuals, handouts, etc. to ensure information is always accurate and up to date.
• Affords administrative support as assigned.

Qualifications

• Prior training experience REQUIRED.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year experience in a financial institution.
• Knowledge and application of adult learning concepts.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft programs.
• Excellent organizational and general filing and typing skills are required.
