About the role
A Learning & Development Site Advisor at Phillips 66 will play a pivotal role in shaping a high-performing, future-ready workforce. You'll coordinate and deliver engaging training programs aligned with business goals, leading site-wide employee growth through onboarding, refresher training, and skills development.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver engaging training programs that align with business goals and drive site-wide employee growth.
- Lead site-wide learning initiatives, including onboarding, refresher training, and skills development.
- Collaborate with site leadership and L&D partners to implement targeted development strategies based on assessment of workforce capabilities.
- Analyze training effectiveness using data and metrics to continuously improve learning outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all training programs.
- Support L&D budget planning and resource allocation for site training needs.
- Promote consistency across sites by aligning local programs with enterprise-wide L&D strategies.
- Build trusted stakeholder relationships that foster collaborative partnerships between L&D and site leadership.
- Engage in consulting conversations to determine appropriate learning solutions.
Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the job posting country
- High school diploma or GED
- 3 or more years of Refining/Midstream experience
- Working knowledge of the Operator and Maintenance Training Required Standards
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Ability to obtain Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC)
Preferred
- 7 or more years of Refining/Midstream experience
- 3 or more years in training delivery or facilitation

Pay
The base salary range for this position is $125,100 - $152,900. Offers are made to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness. Our compensation programs are designed to reward performance and support career growth.
