Key Responsibilities
- Build learning assets including eLearning modules, videos, simulations, job aids, quick reference guides, and instructor-led materials.
- Translate D365 solution designs, business processes, and release notes into simple, actionable learning content.
- Develop role-based content aligned to defined learning paths and security roles.
Quality & Standards
- Follow established templates, style guides, and content standards.
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, usability, accessibility, and alignment with approved solution designs.
- Participate in QA reviews and incorporate feedback promptly.
Collaboration
- Work with Solution Architects, Product Owners, SMEs, Change Management, and the L&D Content Strategy Manager.
- Gather information from technical and business stakeholders to ensure content reflects real workflows.
- Support content alignment to deployment waves, releases, and system updates.
Tools & Innovation
- Use modern content development tools (eLearning authoring tools, video tools, simulation tools).
- Leverage AI-assisted content creation to improve speed and consistency.
- Suggest improvements based on learner feedback and usage patterns.
Content Maintenance
- Update existing content based on system changes, release cycles, and stakeholder feedback.
- Maintain organized content repositories with proper version control.

- Content that reduces confusion and supports smooth adoption of D365 and enterprise systems.
- Positive learner feedback and measurable improvements in readiness and proficiency.

Preferred Background
- Experience developing learning content for technology, enterprise systems, or business processes.
- Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems (Dynamics 365 preferred but not required).
- Experience with eLearning authoring tools (Articulate, Rise, Captivate, Camtasia, etc.).
- Understanding of modern adult learning principles.
- Able to translate technical information into simple, clear learning materials.
- Experience working in Agile or Continuous Delivery environments is a plus.
