Learning, Development and Education (LD&E) Coordinator
About the role
We are looking for an organised and proactive Learning, Development and Education (LD&E) Co-ordinator to join our People and Culture team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong administration and coordination skills who enjoys working with people, managing multiple priorities and ensuring things run smoothly behind the scenes.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate learning and development activities across the organisation.
- Manage training schedules, bookings and learning calendars.
- Liaise with internal and external training providers, venues and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate learning and training records and databases.
- Monitor training attendance and completion rates.
- Collate training feedback and communicate outcomes to relevant stakeholders.
- Produce routine reports and administrative information to support the LD&E team.
- Cooky learning resources, materials and equipment required for training events.
- Act as a first point of contact for learning and development enquiries.
- Support the organisation and administration of learning events, workshops and meetings.
- Ensure all activities are delivered in line with organisational policies, procedures and budget parameters.
Requirements
This is a hybrid role, your main base will be one of the Hospice sites with some home-working (occasional travel to other sites/locations across the South West as required).
Qualifications
- Experience of working within a care or similar environment would be advantageous.
- Experience working in a busy administrative or co-ordination role.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Experience maintaining accurate records and databases.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A collaborative and customer-focused approach.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
