Responsibilities
- Design, plan, and deliver high-impact learning experiences for in-person and virtual programs
- Lead event planning, including reviewing contracts and negotiating terms
- Execute preparation for learning events, ensuring all details are managed seamlessly
- Support learning centers with logistical needs and classroom arrangements
- Monitor and evaluate event performance to recommend improvements
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders
- Stay updated on best practices in learning and events
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of event management experience (preferred)
- Previous experience in Learning & Development, HR, or Business Operations (preferred)
- Strong analytical and administrative skills
- Experienced with Microsoft Office 365, especially Teams, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
