About the role
As a Learning Consultant, you will serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, helping diagnose performance and capability gaps and translating them into targeted, high-impact learning and skill-building solutions. You will leverage Human Performance Improvement (HPI) and consulting principles to align learning strategies to business priorities, ensuring measurable impact and stakeholder satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with business leaders and stakeholders to understand strategic priorities, skill gaps, and performance challenges.
- Apply Human Performance Improvement (HPI) and consulting methodologies to diagnose root causes and recommend appropriate learning or non-learning interventions.
- Design and recommend learning strategies and roadmaps aligned to organizational goals, covering both technical and non-technical skills.
- Lead and manage learning engagements and programs, ensuring delivery quality, stakeholder alignment, and client satisfaction.
- Act as a single point of contact between the business and Kyndryl learning pillars to enable successful delivery of learning solutions.
- Evaluate learning effectiveness, metrics, and reporting, providing insights and recommendations to inform ongoing and future learning strategies.
- Influence decision-making through clear insights, data storytelling, and stakeholder communication.
- Build strong, trusted relationships across functional teams to ensure learning solutions are scalable, relevant, and impactful.
Requirements

Qualifications
- Experience in learning consulting, talent development, organizational development, or performance improvement.
- Working knowledge of Human Performance Improvement (HPI) or similar frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- Experience analyzing learning metrics, performance data, and outcomes.
- The ability to translate business needs into actionable learning strategies.

Benefits
Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement. There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations: California (San Francisco Bay Area): $95,880 to $182,520 California (All Other): $87,960 to $167,400 Colorado: $79,920 to $152,160 Massachusetts: $79,920 to $167,400 New York City: $95,880 to $182,520 Washington: $87,960 to $167,400 Washington DC: $87,960 to $167,400
Pay & Schedule
The annual compensation range for the position in the U.S. is - $79,920 to $152,160 based on a full-time schedule. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately.
Schedule
This position will be eligible for Kyndryl’s discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl’s applicable plans.
