About the role
We’re looking for a Solutions Consultant to join us here at GWI. This role is for someone ambitious and genuine, who works best in a collaborative and forward-thinking team.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with commercial teams and technical experts to align GWI solutions with client needs.
- Possess a strong data analysis skill set to interpret complex datasets and bring insights to life for clients.
- Create accessible, customer-facing content that helps clients understand and engage with GWI’s value.
- Collaborate with sales teams to build compelling, proactive content from a variety of asset deliverables, clearly articulating GWI’s value proposition and technical differentiation.
- Become a trusted advisor for customers and internal teams.
- Facilitate project management across tasks to streamline workflows, enhancing with automation where possible.
- Support commercial conversations, steering solutions towards our abilities, limitations, timelines, and pricing.
- Support training and enablement for internal sales teams on GWI’s product capabilities, differentiation, and technical benefits.
- Deliver both internal and external presentations showcasing our value.
- Analyze data and create insightful stories and trends based on findings in our platform.
Requirements
- Proven work experience in a market research or insights role, including a significant amount of time with a research agency.
- Commercial acumen is essential, both understanding of client businesses and putting deliverables into a commercial context.
- Experience writing imaginative proposals and designing research studies for clients.
- Confident in working with large, and sometimes complex, datasets.
Qualifications
- Very strong data storytelling skills, and ability to connect the insights with the challenges of GWI’s clients and prospects.
- Able to spot and tell stories through data, rather than just narrate key figures, championing these stories / insights among the rest of the company.
- An ability to see beyond the numbers, with an appreciation for what makes our methodology unique compared to competitors, and the kinds of unique stories GWI is able to surface.
- Creative thinker, with an enthusiasm for research and a desire to help and develop approaches to better meet the fast-evolving needs of the corporate client.
- Proficient in AI tools or project management systems to support and drive high-value opportunities.
- Enthusiasm and proven track-record for presenting, with a willingness to represent the company on-stage, and in front of clients; sometimes at short notice.
- Ability to spot opportunities to improve existing processes and documentation for existing and new products.
- Support uncovering gaps in revenue’s knowledge and conducting enablement sessions.
- Experienced in building highly collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders of varying seniority across a range of functions.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining focus on detail.

$110,000 - $120,000 + Commission
