LEARNING CONSULTANT -EPIC REPORTING
About the role
The Learning Consultant at OCHIN is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing learning experiences for health center teams. This includes creating multi-day bootcamps, full and part day webinars, and self-paced curricula. The role involves working closely with health center teams to refine their training processes and providing assessments and consultations to ensure high performance and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead in the design, development, and implementation of Learning Experience curricula
- Work intensively with health center teams to refine their Learning/Training Team
- Design, develop, and implement member assessments/consults around Learning/Training performance
- Lead in the coordination of member consultations, including planning meeting logistics, communicating with members, preparing content for meetings, and coordinating follow-up
- Afforded the opportunity to assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer-satisfaction goals and objectives
Requirements
- Strong consulting, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage diverse audiences
- Proficiency with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, particularly Epic and NextGen
- Epic Cogito Fundamentals Certification required
- Experience or familiarity with Clarity data model, Caboodle data model, Cogito Tools Administration, Cogito Principal Trainer work, SQL, and Epic-based report writing
- Experience leading or co-facilizing learning environments
- Experience working with or within Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) or Acute Care Healthcare Centers preferred
Qualifications

This position requires a virtual home-office environment, working remotely. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and mobile devices. Travel is required to support OCHIN’s business requirements for Go-Live installations or training which may require travel by air, vehicle, or train.
