The Learning Consultant's position responsibilities are monitoring, creating, managing, and evaluating training programs. Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months of related experience in lieu of the Bachelor's degree for a total of 72 months of experience. Department Preferences Master's degree in Education, Business Management, or related field.Three (3) years' experience in project and budget management.
