About the role

The Learning & Organizational Development (L&OD) Coordinator provides operational, administrative, and program support to advance organizational learning, leadership development, employee engagement, and culture initiatives. This role serves as a key partner in coordinating learning programs, development experiences, events, and organizational effectiveness activities that support workforce growth and organizational priorities. The coordinator ensures seamless program delivery, maintains data and reporting accuracy, manages logistics, and contributes to a positive participant experience while supporting department initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support for Learning & Organizational Development programs, initiatives, and departmental activities.
  • Coordinate learning and development programs, including scheduling, registration, participant communications, materials preparation, attendance tracking, and evaluation administration.
  • Support employee engagement, recognition, culture, and organizational effectiveness initiatives that enhance the employee experience and support organizational priorities.
  • Generate and maintain reports, dashboards, and program metrics related to learning participation, development activities, and departmental outcomes; assist with data analysis and program evaluation.
  • Support annual talent management processes, including performance management, goal-setting, leadership development, succession planning, and employee development initiatives.
  • Administer and maintain learning technologies and related systems, ensuring accurate data, participant records, and reporting capabilities.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and assist with documenting, updating, and enhancing departmental processes, procedures, and program resources.
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, events, and program logistics for L&OD leaders, facilitators, and departmental activities, including facility arrangements, materials, and vendor coordination.
  • Process invoices, purchase requests, vendor documentation, and departmental expenses in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Participate in L&OD initiatives, special projects, and cross-functional efforts while serving as a resource to leaders, team members, and program participants regarding learning and development opportunities.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Associate’s Degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1 year of experience supporting learning and development programs, training coordination, organizational development initiatives, project coordination, administration, event management, or customer service functions.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or a related field.

Physical Demands

  • Lift and carry 25 lbs.
  • Frequent sitting/standing and frequent keyboard use.
  • Patient care providers may be required to perform activities specific to their role including kneeling, bending, squatting and performing CPR.
